Payouts are processed according to our withdrawal policies, subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

All content on the Platform created by Infinite Market — including but not limited to logos, branding, software, UI design, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of Infinite Market and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By uploading or submitting content to the Platform (including product files, descriptions, images, and reviews), you grant Infinite Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

All payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors. By making or receiving payments, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. Infinite Market is not liable for payment processing errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party processors. All prices on the Platform are displayed in the indicated currency and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
Due to the digital nature of the products sold on the Platform, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure, duplicate purchase, or product misrepresentation. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@infinitemarket.org. Buyer disputes with Sellers are handled through our ticket/support system. We reserve the right to mediate disputes and make final decisions regarding refunds.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Market disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Market and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for their practices or content. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version with a revised "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Market regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
