These Premium Terms ("Premium Terms") govern access to and use of the premium features, plans, and benefits available on Infinite Market ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), the multi-author digital product marketplace at https://infinitemarket.org.

These Premium Terms apply to both Premium Buyers (users who subscribe to a premium membership plan to access discounted or unlimited product downloads) and Premium Authors (sellers who subscribe to enhanced author plans for boosted visibility and reduced commission rates). By subscribing to any premium plan on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Premium Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, License Terms, and, where applicable, our Author Terms.

Please read these Premium Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe to any premium plan on the Platform.

1. What Is Premium Membership?

Infinite Market offers optional premium subscription plans designed to enhance your experience on the Platform. Premium plans are available for both buyers and authors, and each tier comes with its own set of benefits, pricing, and conditions.

• Premium Buyer Plans: Subscription plans that allow buyers to access a larger catalogue of products, receive discounts on purchases, or download a set number of premium items per month at no additional per-item cost.
• Premium Author Plans: Subscription plans that provide authors with enhanced profile visibility, reduced platform commission rates, priority review of product submissions, and access to exclusive author tools and analytics.

Details of available premium plans, their pricing, and their specific benefits are displayed on the Platform's pricing or subscription page. We reserve the right to introduce new plans, modify existing plans, or discontinue plans at any time, subject to the notice provisions in Section 10.

2. Premium Buyer Benefits

Depending on the premium buyer plan you subscribe to, your benefits may include one or more of the following:

• Monthly Download Allowance: A set number of premium product downloads per month, included in the subscription fee at no additional per-item cost. Unused downloads do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly stated in the plan details.
• Exclusive Discounts: A percentage discount on the purchase price of premium products not covered by the monthly download allowance.
• Early Access: Priority access to newly listed products, limited-edition releases, or seasonal collections before they are available to standard users.
• Ad-Free Experience: Browsing the Platform without display advertisements (where applicable).
• Extended Support: Priority access to the Platform's customer support team with faster response times.
• Exclusive Content: Access to products or collections available only to premium subscribers and not available for individual purchase.
• Higher Download Limits: Increased daily or monthly download limits compared to standard (free) accounts.
• Premium Badge: A visible badge on your buyer profile indicating your premium status.

The specific benefits included in your plan are detailed at the time of subscription and in your account dashboard. Benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice as described in Section 10.

3. Premium Author Benefits

Depending on the premium author plan you subscribe to, your benefits may include one or more of the following:

• Reduced Commission Rate: A lower platform commission rate on sales, meaning a higher percentage of each sale is paid to you as the author. The applicable commission rate is displayed in your Author dashboard.
• Featured Listings: Your products may be featured on the Platform's homepage, category pages, or promotional sections, increasing visibility to potential buyers.
• Priority Product Review: Your new product submissions are reviewed by our editorial team with a faster turnaround time than standard submissions.
• Advanced Analytics: Access to enhanced sales analytics, performance insights, and audience data to help you optimise your product listings and grow your sales.
• Dedicated Author Support: Priority access to a dedicated author support channel with faster response times for account and product-related queries.
• Promotional Opportunities: Eligibility for inclusion in Platform newsletters, social media features, and curated collections, subject to editorial selection.
• Increased Product Listing Limit: The ability to list a greater number of active products simultaneously compared to standard (non-premium) author accounts.
• Premium Author Badge: A distinctive badge displayed on your author profile and product listings, signalling quality and trust to buyers.
• Exclusive Author Tools: Access to premium tools for managing your portfolio, communicating with buyers, and tracking performance.

Premium author benefits are subject to you maintaining compliance with our Author Terms and these Premium Terms throughout your subscription period. Benefits may be suspended or withdrawn in the event of policy violations.

4. Eligibility for Premium Plans

To subscribe to a premium plan on Infinite Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have a valid, active Infinite Market account in good standing.
• Have a valid payment method accepted by the Platform.
• For Premium Author Plans: Have completed the required KYC (identity verification) process as described in our Author Terms.
• Not have had a previous premium subscription terminated for policy violations or payment fraud.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a premium subscription at our sole discretion if we determine that an account does not meet the eligibility requirements or is being used in violation of our policies.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans and Pricing

Premium plans are available on a recurring subscription basis, typically billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Current plan pricing is displayed on the Platform's subscription or pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in the Platform's supported currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Infinite Market (or its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.

You will receive a reminder notification before your subscription renews. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds at the time of renewal.

5.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or any other reason, we may:

• Retry the payment up to three (3) times over a period of several days.
• Notify you by email to update your payment details.
• Suspend or downgrade your premium access until the outstanding payment is resolved.
• Permanently cancel your subscription if payment is not received within a reasonable grace period.

You remain responsible for all amounts owed even if your subscription is suspended or cancelled due to payment failure.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your active subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. The new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date without penalty.

5.5 Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or other sales taxes) depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of checkout and added to the subscription price. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction that are not collected by Infinite Market.

6. Free Trials

From time to time, Infinite Market may offer a free trial period for new premium subscribers. The following conditions apply to free trials:

• Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Users who have previously held a premium subscription of the same type are not eligible for a free trial.
• A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged during the free trial period, but your payment method will be charged automatically at the standard subscription rate when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
• We reserve the right to limit the availability of free trials, restrict them to certain regions, or discontinue them at any time.
• Misuse of free trials (e.g., creating multiple accounts to access repeated free trials) is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard under the "Subscription" or "Billing" settings, or by contacting our support team at contact@infinitemarket.org. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.

7.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your premium subscription:

• Your premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid.
• Your account will automatically revert to a standard (free) account at the end of the billing period.
• Any unused download allowance from your current billing period will be forfeited upon cancellation.
• Products, downloads, or files accessed during your premium subscription period remain licensed to you under the applicable license terms and are not affected by cancellation.
• For Premium Authors: Your commission rate will revert to the standard rate and any featured listing placements will be removed at the end of the billing period.

7.3 Cancellation by Infinite Market

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your premium subscription at any time if:

• You violate these Premium Terms, our Terms of Use, or our Author Terms.
• We detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the subscription system, or misuse of premium benefits.
• You fail to make payment as required.
• We decide to discontinue the premium plan you are subscribed to (in which case we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period).

8. Refunds for Premium Subscriptions

Due to the digital and service-based nature of premium subscriptions, our general policy is that premium subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. However, we may offer refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failure: If a verified technical error on our Platform prevented you from accessing your premium benefits for a significant portion of your billing period and we were unable to resolve the issue, a pro-rata refund or credit may be offered.
• Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded promptly.
• Plan discontinuation: If Infinite Market discontinues a premium plan you are actively subscribed to, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
• Cooling-off period: If applicable law in your jurisdiction provides for a statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for online subscriptions, you may exercise this right within the legally stipulated timeframe. Please contact us at contact@infinitemarket.org to request a refund under this provision.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge by contacting contact@infinitemarket.org with the subject line "Premium Refund Request" and your order or transaction details. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

9. Premium Membership Rules and Fair Use

Premium memberships are personal and non-transferable. To maintain the integrity of the premium ecosystem, the following rules apply:

• One subscription per account: Premium plans are linked to a single Infinite Market account and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person or account.
• No resale of premium benefits: You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially transfer any premium benefits (including downloads, discounts, or access rights) to any third party.
• Fair use of download allowances: Monthly download allowances are intended for genuine personal or professional use. Bulk downloading for the purpose of hoarding, archiving, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• No exploitation of discounts: Premium discounts are for your own use only. You may not use premium discounts to purchase products on behalf of third parties for resale or commercial exploitation.
• Compliance with License Terms: Premium membership does not modify or expand the license rights attached to any product. All products downloaded under a premium plan remain subject to the applicable License Terms.
• Account integrity: Creating multiple accounts to benefit from multiple premium subscriptions, free trials, or introductory offers is a violation of our Terms of Use and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

10. Changes to Premium Plans and Benefits

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium plan features and benefits at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes to active premium plans via email. Minor changes that improve or add benefits may be implemented without notice. If a material change reduces the core benefits of your subscription and you do not wish to continue under the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

11. Intellectual Property

Premium membership does not grant you any ownership rights over any content, products, or intellectual property on the Platform. All products accessed through a premium subscription remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and are subject to the applicable License Terms. The Infinite Market brand, platform design, and premium programme features are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinite Market and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Premium features and benefits are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that premium features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Market's total liability to you in connection with your premium subscription shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Premium Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Premium Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
