Welcome to Infinite Market (“Infinite Market,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Copyright Policy explains how we handle copyright ownership, intellectual property concerns, and infringement reports on https://infinitemarket.org. This policy is intended to protect the rights of creators, copyright owners, buyers, and the Platform itself.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Infinite Market operates as a digital marketplace where independent creators and authors may upload, list, promote, and sell digital products to buyers. We respect intellectual property rights and expect all users of the Platform to do the same.

This policy explains:

• what content is protected;
• what rights sellers and users must have before uploading content;
• how copyright complaints can be submitted;
• how we may respond to alleged infringement; and
• what actions may be taken against repeat or serious violators.

2. Ownership of Platform Content

All content created and owned by Infinite Market, including but not limited to:

• the Infinite Market name, branding, and logos;
• website design, layout, interface elements, and visual presentation;
• proprietary software, systems, and marketplace functionality;
• marketing materials, promotional graphics, and original text created by Infinite Market; and
• any other content specifically identified as belonging to Infinite Market,

is owned by or licensed to Infinite Market and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Terms of Use already state that platform-created branding, software, UI design, and marketing materials belong to Infinite Market.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, mirror, sell, or create derivative works from Platform-owned content.

3. Ownership of Seller and User Content

Sellers and other users retain ownership of the original content they upload or submit to the Platform, including product files, descriptions, preview images, screenshots, documentation, and related materials, subject to any license they grant to Infinite Market for operating and marketing the marketplace. Infinite Market’s Terms of Use state that users retain ownership of uploaded content while granting the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content for operating and marketing the Platform.

By uploading content to Infinite Market, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the content, or
• you have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to upload, display, market, license, and sell that content on the Platform.

4. Seller Responsibility for Intellectual Property

All sellers are solely responsible for the content they publish, distribute, or sell through Infinite Market. Sellers must ensure that their products, previews, metadata, branding, and supporting files do not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade dress, or other rights of any third party. Infinite Market’s published terms specifically require sellers to own or have the right to sell their listed products and prohibit infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

This includes, without limitation:

• copied code, scripts, themes, templates, plugins, graphics, icons, illustrations, audio, video, or mobile app assets;
• unauthorized use of stock media;
• resale of products obtained from other marketplaces or creators without permission;
• use of copyrighted logos, brand assets, or characters without authorization; and
• derivative works created without the legal right to do so.

5. License Granted to Buyers

When a buyer purchases a digital product on Infinite Market, the buyer receives only the license rights expressly granted for that product. Buyers do not receive ownership of the copyrighted work itself unless explicitly stated otherwise. Infinite Market’s Terms of Use state that buyers purchase a license to use a digital product, not ownership of the product itself.

Buyers may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or re-upload purchased items unless the applicable product license expressly allows it;
• claim authorship or ownership of the original work;
• remove copyright notices where prohibited; or
• use the product outside the scope of its granted license.

6. Prohibited Copyright Violations

You may not use Infinite Market to upload, sell, distribute, host, promote, or otherwise make available content that:

• infringes another person’s copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• has been copied or substantially reproduced without authorization;
• has been pirated, leaked, ripped, or unlawfully redistributed;
• includes unauthorized modified versions of another creator’s work;
• uses misleading attribution or false ownership claims; or
• is designed to help others violate copyright laws.

Any such conduct may result in removal of content, suspension of listings, withholding of payouts where appropriate, account restriction, or permanent account termination.

7. How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Infinite Market infringes your copyright, you may send us a written copyright complaint by email.

To help us review your complaint promptly, please include:

• a clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on Infinite Market;
• your full name and contact information;
• a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
• a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Infinite Market’s Terms of Use already request a description of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing URL, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a signature.

8. Review and Response Process

After receiving a copyright complaint, Infinite Market may, at its sole discretion:

• review the complaint and the reported material;
• request additional information from the complainant or the seller;
• temporarily disable access to the reported content;
• remove or restrict the content;
• issue a warning to the seller or user involved;
• suspend payouts related to the disputed listing where appropriate; and
• suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.

We may act without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect rights holders, users, the Platform, or the integrity of the marketplace.

9. Counter-Notice or Dispute Response

If your content is removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint and you believe the complaint was mistaken or inaccurate, you may contact us with a written response explaining your position and providing supporting information or proof of rights.

Your response should include:

• your full name and contact details;
• identification of the removed or affected content;
• an explanation of why you believe you have the right to use or sell the material;
• any supporting license, authorization, assignment, or ownership proof; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

Infinite Market may review such responses and decide, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, whether to restore, continue restricting, or permanently remove the content.

10. Repeat Infringers

Infinite Market reserves the right to take stronger action against users or sellers who are the subject of repeated, credible, or serious copyright complaints.

Such action may include:

• warning notices;
• listing restrictions;
• temporary suspension;
• permanent account termination;
• payout holds where reasonably necessary; and
• refusal to allow future use of the Platform.

11. False or Misleading Complaints

Any person who knowingly submits false, misleading, fraudulent, or bad-faith copyright complaints may be subject to account action or other appropriate measures.

We encourage all parties to act honestly and in good faith when submitting notices or dispute responses.

12. No Transfer of Copyright

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of copyrights from creators, sellers, or rights holders to Infinite Market, except for the limited operational and promotional rights granted to Infinite Market as described in the Platform’s Terms of Use.

13. Reservation of Rights

Infinite Market reserves all rights to:

• investigate alleged infringement;
• determine whether content should be removed, restricted, or restored;
• request additional documentation;
• cooperate with rights holders, payment partners, service providers, or legal authorities where appropriate; and
• update this policy at any time.

14. Changes to This Copyright Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, platform operations, seller processes, or intellectual property practices. When changes are made, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
