These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the Infinite Market Referral Program ("the Program"), operated by Infinite Market ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform") at https://infinitemarket.org.
The Referral Program allows registered users of Infinite Market — both buyers and authors — to earn referral commissions by inviting new users to join and transact on the Platform. By participating in the Referral Program, you ("Referrer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Referral Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and where applicable, our Author Terms.
Please read these Referral Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Referral Program.
The Infinite Market Referral Program is designed to reward our community members for helping grow the Platform by bringing in new registered users, buyers, and authors. When someone signs up on Infinite Market using your unique referral link and completes a qualifying action (such as making a purchase or completing a sale), you earn a referral commission credited to your Infinite Market account balance.
The Program is a way for us to say thank you to our community for spreading the word about Infinite Market. It is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme, pyramid scheme, or investment programme. Commissions are earned only on direct referrals — you do not earn commissions on referrals made by people you referred.

Once you are a registered user of Infinite Market, you can access your unique referral link from your account dashboard under the "Referral" section. This link is unique to your account and tracks all referrals attributed to you. You may share your referral link through any legitimate channel, including:
Your referral link must never be used in a misleading, deceptive, or spammy manner. All promotional activities must clearly disclose that you will earn a referral commission if someone signs up using your link.

A referral commission is earned only when the referred user completes a qualifying action. Qualifying actions are defined as follows and are subject to change with notice:
The qualifying period (i.e., the time within which the referred user must complete the qualifying action after registration) is displayed in your referral dashboard and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
The referral commission rate applicable to your account is displayed in your referral dashboard and is expressed as a percentage of the qualifying transaction value (excluding taxes and fees). Commission rates may vary based on:
We reserve the right to modify referral commission rates at any time with 14 days' prior notice to active referral programme participants. Modifications will not affect commissions already earned and confirmed before the effective date of the change.
Referral commissions are credited to your Infinite Market account balance after the qualifying transaction is confirmed and any applicable refund or dispute period has passed. Commissions are typically credited within 7–14 business days of the qualifying event being confirmed. Infinite Market reserves the right to place a temporary hold on referral earnings pending verification of the qualifying transaction.
Referral earnings may initially appear as "pending" in your dashboard while the transaction is being verified. Pending earnings are not available for withdrawal until they are confirmed. Earnings will be reversed or cancelled if the qualifying transaction is refunded, charged back, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated.
Confirmed referral earnings do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason, any unwithdawn referral earnings may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
Referral earnings credited to your account balance can be withdrawn in accordance with the Platform's standard withdrawal policy, subject to:
Referral earnings are subject to the same withdrawal processing times and conditions as standard author earnings, typically 3–7 business days after a withdrawal request is submitted. Infinite Market is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Referral commissions may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to your referral earnings, including income tax, withholding tax, or any other applicable levy. Infinite Market may be required by law to collect and report tax information from referral participants who earn above a certain threshold. By participating in the Program, you agree to provide accurate tax information upon request and to cooperate with any tax reporting requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Referral Program, forfeiture of all pending and confirmed earnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:

Our decisions regarding fraud investigations are final. If you believe a decision has been made in error, you may appeal by contacting contact@infinitemarket.org within 14 days of the decision.
Infinite Market reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any material changes to active participants via email or in-dashboard notification. Continued participation in the Referral Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Referral Terms.
Your participation in the Referral Program may be terminated:
If we choose to discontinue the Referral Program entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and ensure that all confirmed earnings at the time of discontinuation remain available for withdrawal for a period of at least 60 days thereafter.
Your participation in the Referral Program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Infinite Market. You are an independent participant and are not authorised to make any representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Infinite Market. You must not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Infinite Market in any referral or promotional activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Market's total liability to you in connection with the Referral Program shall not exceed the total referral commissions earned and confirmed in your account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Referral Program, including loss of anticipated referral income.
These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
