These Author Terms ("Author Terms") govern your participation as a seller, creator, or author ("Author," "you," or "your") on Infinite Market ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), the multi-author digital product marketplace at https://infinitemarket.org.

By registering as an Author or submitting any product to the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Author Terms in addition to our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Author Terms shall take precedence with respect to your activities as an Author.

Please read these Author Terms carefully before listing any products. If you do not agree, you must not register as an Author or submit products to the Platform.

1. Author Eligibility

To become an Author on Infinite Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be a natural person, sole trader, or legally registered business entity with the capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Have a valid email address and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.
• Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process as described in Section 5.
• Not be a resident of, or located in, any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes that would prevent us from legally transacting with you.
• Not have had a previous Author account terminated for policy violations.

We reserve the right to refuse Author registration at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

2. Author Account Registration

To sell on the Platform, you must create and maintain an Author account. You agree to:

• Provide your real name, a valid email address, and any other information required during registration.
• Keep your account credentials strictly confidential and not share access with any third party.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if it changes.
• Notify us immediately at contact@infinitemarket.org if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your Author account.

You may only hold one active Author account at any time. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Author Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3. Product Submission and Listing Requirements

3.1 Originality and Ownership

All products you submit to the Platform must be:

• Your original work or work for which you hold the full and exclusive rights to distribute, sell, and license.
• Free from any third-party intellectual property infringement, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or moral rights.
• Not previously listed exclusively on any competing marketplace that restricts dual listing, unless such exclusivity has expired or been lawfully terminated.

By submitting a product, you represent and warrant that you are the sole legal owner of all intellectual property rights in the product, or that you have obtained all necessary licences, permissions, and clearances to sell the product on the Platform.

3.2 Product Quality Standards

All products submitted to Infinite Market must meet the following quality standards:

• Products must be fully complete, functional, and ready for immediate use by the buyer.
• All advertised features, file formats, and components must be included and working as described.
• Product files must be free from malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
• Preview images, screenshots, and demos must accurately represent the actual product and must not be misleading.
• Product titles and descriptions must be written in clear, accurate English (or the Platform's supported language) and must not contain keyword stuffing, spam, or false claims.
• File sizes and formats must be as described in the product listing.
• Products must not be password-protected in a way that restricts buyer access to purchased content.

3.3 Supported Product Categories

Infinite Market supports a wide range of digital product categories, including but not limited to:

• Graphic design assets (templates, icons, illustrations, fonts, vectors)
• Photography and stock images
• UI/UX design kits and wireframes
• Website themes and templates
• Plugins, scripts, and code snippets
• Audio files, music tracks, and sound effects
• Video templates, motion graphics, and overlays
• Printable and digital stationery
• Educational resources, e-books, and digital courses
• 3D models and assets
• Any other digital product categories approved by the Platform from time to time

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify supported categories at any time with reasonable notice.

3.4 Review and Approval Process

All product submissions are subject to review and approval by our editorial team before being published on the Platform. We evaluate products for quality, originality, compliance with these Author Terms, and market suitability. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any submission at our sole discretion.
• Request revisions or additional information before approving a submission.
• Remove or suspend any listing that no longer meets our standards, even after initial approval.

Rejection of a submission does not constitute a violation of your rights. We will endeavour to provide feedback where possible, but are not obligated to do so.

4. Prohibited Products and Content

The following types of products and content are strictly prohibited on Infinite Market. Submission of prohibited content will result in immediate removal and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Infringing Content: Products that contain, reproduce, or are based on copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by a third party without proper authorisation or licence.
• Counterfeit or Clone Products: Products that are copies, clones, or substantially similar reproductions of existing paid or proprietary products (e.g., cracked software, nulled themes, leaked assets).
• Adult or Explicit Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only material of any kind.
• Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content: Products that promote hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
• Malicious Software: Viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, trojans, keyloggers, or any other harmful code.
• Personal Data and Privacy Violations: Products that contain or facilitate access to personal data without consent, or that violate applicable privacy laws.
• Illegal or Regulated Content: Products that facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling tools, hacking utilities, drug-related material, or weapons-related content.
• Misleading or Fraudulent Listings: Products with false descriptions, fabricated reviews, inflated sales statistics, or any other deceptive practices.
• Content Targeting Minors Inappropriately: Any content that exploits, endangers, or is inappropriate for individuals under 18.
• AI-Generated Content Without Disclosure: Products created entirely or substantially by AI tools must be clearly disclosed as such in the product description. Undisclosed AI-generated content may be removed.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and compliant marketplace, all Authors are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before their products are published or any payouts are processed. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
• A selfie or live photo for facial verification
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Business registration documents (for business entities)
• Tax identification information as required by your jurisdiction

Your KYC information is processed securely and used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. We will not share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by law. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in suspension of your Author account and withholding of any pending payouts until verification is complete.

6. Licensing and Intellectual Property

6.1 Licence Grant to Buyers

When a buyer purchases your product, you grant them a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in accordance with the licence type associated with your listing. You are responsible for clearly specifying the licence terms for each product, including:

• Whether the product may be used for personal use only, commercial use, or both
• The number of end users or projects the licence covers
• Whether the product may be modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works
• Any restrictions on redistribution or resale of the product

If no specific licence is indicated, Infinite Market's standard licence terms apply.

6.2 Licence Grant to Infinite Market

By submitting a product to the Platform, you grant Infinite Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your product listing (including previews, descriptions, and metadata) on the Platform and in our marketing materials
• Use your product name, preview images, and author profile for promotional purposes including social media, newsletters, and press
• Cache or temporarily store product files for the purpose of delivering them to buyers

This licence does not give Infinite Market ownership of your products and does not allow us to sell your products outside of the Platform without your consent.

6.3 Retention of Ownership

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in your products. These Author Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to Infinite Market or to buyers beyond the specific licence granted upon purchase.

7. Pricing and Commissions

7.1 Setting Your Price

You are free to set the price for your products subject to any minimum or maximum price limits established by the Platform from time to time. Prices must be set in the Platform's supported currency. You may update your product prices at any time through your Author dashboard; however, price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7.2 Platform Commission

Infinite Market charges a commission on each sale made through the Platform. The applicable commission rate is displayed in your Author dashboard and may vary based on your Author level, total sales volume, or promotional agreements. We reserve the right to modify our commission structure with 30 days' prior notice to active Authors. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a commission change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

7.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes applicable to your earnings from the Platform, including income tax, VAT, GST, or any other applicable tax in your jurisdiction. Infinite Market may collect and remit certain taxes on behalf of Authors as required by applicable law (e.g., marketplace facilitator laws). We will provide you with any relevant tax information or documentation as required. It is your responsibility to consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

8. Payouts and Withdrawals

Your Author earnings — calculated as the sale price minus the Platform commission and any applicable taxes or fees — will be credited to your Author account balance upon confirmed sale. Payouts are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum payout threshold applies, as displayed in your Author dashboard.
• Payouts will only be processed to verified Authors who have completed KYC verification.
• You must have a valid, supported withdrawal method configured in your account (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods available on the Platform).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in your dashboard, typically within 3–7 business days.
• We reserve the right to place a temporary hold on payouts during investigations of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes.
• Earnings subject to an active buyer refund request may be withheld until the refund decision is made.

Infinite Market is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other third parties.

9. Author Levels and Badges

The Platform operates an Author level system that rewards top-performing Authors with increased commissions, promotional opportunities, and other benefits. Your Author level is determined by factors including total sales volume, product quality ratings, customer satisfaction scores, and account standing. Details of each Author level and its associated benefits are available in your Author dashboard. We reserve the right to modify the Author level criteria and associated benefits at any time.

10. Author Conduct and Community Standards

As an Author on Infinite Market, you are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct. You must not:

• Engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practice in connection with your Author account or product listings.
• Solicit buyers to transact with you outside of the Platform in order to circumvent Platform fees.
• Artificially inflate your product ratings, reviews, sales statistics, or download counts through any means, including purchasing fake reviews.
• Copy, replicate, or plagiarise the product listings, descriptions, or preview materials of other Authors.
• Engage in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour towards buyers, other Authors, or Infinite Market staff.
• Use the Platform's messaging system for spam, unsolicited promotions, or any purpose other than legitimate buyer-seller communication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, other Author accounts, or buyer data.
• Offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper incentives in connection with your Author activities.

11. Buyer Support Obligations

As an Author, you are expected to provide reasonable post-sale support to buyers of your products. This includes:

• Responding to buyer questions about your products within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend within 3 business days).
• Assisting buyers with technical issues related to downloading or using your products.
• Providing product updates to fix bugs, errors, or compatibility issues that arise after sale, where applicable.
• Honouring any support period associated with your product listing.

Consistently poor or absent buyer support may negatively affect your Author level, result in increased refund rates, and may ultimately lead to account suspension.

12. Product Updates and Maintenance

You are encouraged to keep your products up to date, particularly if they are software-based or depend on third-party platforms or tools. When you update a product:

• The update must maintain or improve upon the quality and functionality of the original product.
• Buyers who have already purchased the product are typically entitled to receive updates at no additional charge, unless the update constitutes a substantially new product.
• Major updates that significantly change the product should be clearly communicated in the product changelog.

We reserve the right to remove products from sale if they are found to be outdated, broken, or incompatible with current standards and have not been updated within a reasonable period.

13. Exclusivity

Unless you have entered into a separate exclusive partnership agreement with Infinite Market, you are free to sell your products on other platforms simultaneously. However, if you have listed a product as "Exclusive" on Infinite Market, you represent and warrant that the product is not available for sale on any other marketplace for the duration of the exclusivity period. Misrepresenting a product as exclusive when it is not will result in immediate removal of the product and may result in account suspension.

14. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that another Author has infringed upon your intellectual property rights by listing a product that is copied from or substantially similar to your original work, please report it immediately by contacting us at contact@infinitemarket.org with the subject line "IP Infringement Report." Include:

• A description of your original work and evidence of your ownership
• The URL of the allegedly infringing listing
• A clear explanation of how the infringing product violates your intellectual property rights

We take intellectual property violations seriously and will investigate all reports promptly. Verified infringements will result in removal of the infringing product and may result in termination of the infringing Author's account.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Author account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Author Terms or our general Terms of Use
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Submission of prohibited, infringing, or fraudulent products
• Consistently poor product quality or buyer satisfaction scores
• High refund or chargeback rates
• Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct toward buyers, other Authors, or our staff
• Any activity that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Platform, our users, or our reputation

Upon suspension or termination:

• Your product listings will be removed or deactivated from the Platform.
• Access to your Author dashboard will be restricted.
• Any pending payouts may be withheld for a period of up to 90 days to cover potential refund obligations, chargebacks, or dispute resolutions.
• Buyers who previously purchased your products will generally retain access to their downloaded files.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting contact@infinitemarket.org within 14 days of the suspension notice.

16. Representations and Warranties

By submitting products and maintaining an Author account on Infinite Market, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the full legal right, power, and authority to enter into these Author Terms and to grant the licences described herein.
• All products you submit are your original work or you have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and clearances.
• Your products do not and will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• All information you provide to Infinite Market is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your activities on the Platform, including tax laws, consumer protection laws, and intellectual property laws.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinite Market, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your products or product listings, including any claims of intellectual property infringement
• Your breach of these Author Terms or our general Terms of Use
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any dispute between you and a buyer of your products
• Any inaccurate or misleading information you provide to Infinite Market or buyers

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Market shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform as an Author, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid by you to Infinite Market in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Amendments to Author Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Author Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• A prominent notice in your Author dashboard
• An updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Platform as an Author after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Author Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease selling on the Platform and contact us to close your Author account.
